The Las Olas BBQ is a Mexican Style food fiesta designed to accommodate larger groups of 100. We bring everything food related that you need. All entrée items are prepared fresh on site so we can serve your guests hot and tasty Mexican BBQ right off the grill.

The Menu Includes:

A starter set up of crisp corn tortilla chips, fresh quacamole,
a mild salsa fresca, our house hot sauce, jalapeños and spicy carrots.

The BBQ Buffet Consists Of:

Fresh hot corn and flour tortillas, traditional refried pinto beans or smoky black beans,
an avocado vinaigrette cabbage salad, followed by the BBQ itmes.

BBQ Items

Carne Asada (marinated steak), Grilled Pacific Mahi Mahi, Herb and Citrus Marinated Chicken Breast,
all grilled to perfection ready for you guests to build their custom burritos and tacos with fresh guacamole,
crisp cabbage, our world famous tangy yogurt salsa, salsa fresca (mild), hot salsa, chopped cilantro and fresh lime wedges.
On request, we can accommodate the vegetable eaters...just ask.

Pricing includes: heavy duty disposable / recyclable plates, plastic ware, quality napkins and colorful table cloths.
Las Olas will be responsible for clean up of everything we bring and our serving areas.
